We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

When you book: your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), address and postal code, details about your aircon units, your preferred time, notes you give us, and your landlord's email if you ask us to send them reports. We also count page visits on this website without cookies and without third-party trackers.

How we use it

To confirm and carry out your booking, send updates and reports, remind you when servicing is due, and handle payment and any issues afterwards. Our service crews see only what they need to do the job.

Who we share it with

The service crew assigned to your job, and your landlord only if you ask us to. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as you're a customer, and up to 5 years after your last booking for records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner where the law allows.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop reminders, by messaging us on WhatsApp +65 9860 6231.

Address lookups use the Singapore Land Authority's OneMap service; only the postal code is sent.
