General servicing Clean filters, evaporator coil and blower fan; flush drain pipe and tray; check gas pressure, cooling and outdoor unit; before/after photos	S$45 first unit S$20 each extra
Chemical wash Indoor unit washed with coil cleaner. For smell, weak airflow, dripping, or 6+ months since last service	S$85 / unit
Chemical overhaul Indoor unit taken apart and every part washed. For very dirty, mouldy or noisy units	S$150 first unit S$130 each extra
Gas top-up Only if the pressure gauge reads low. You see the reading before and after	S$80 / unit
Check-up visit Not cold, leaking, noisy, smell, error code. Credited to the repair if you go ahead	S$60
Annual Plan General servicing 3 times a year, booked for you	15% off every visit 3 units: S$216 / year
Tenancy Plan General servicing every 3 months, proof of servicing sent to your landlord	15% off every visit 3 units: S$288 / year
