Questions
How often should I service my aircon?
Every 3 to 4 months for rooms you use every day, and at least twice a year for rooms you rarely use. Many tenancy agreements ask for servicing every 3 months.
What's included in general servicing?
We clean the filters, the evaporator coil and the blower fan, flush the drain pipe and tray, check the gas pressure and cooling, and check the outdoor unit. You get before and after photos of every unit.
When do I need a chemical wash instead?
If the unit smells, the airflow is weak, it drips, or it hasn't been serviced for 6 months or more. The crew will show you photos if they think a wash is needed. You decide; nothing extra happens without your OK.
Do I pay before or after?
After the job, by PayNow. Plans are paid once a year at the first visit.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Free up to 24 hours before your time slot, just message us on WhatsApp.
Do you do ceiling cassette or ducted units?
Yes. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll give you a fixed price before booking.
Will you top up gas every time?
No. Most units don't need gas. We only top up if the pressure gauge reading is low, and we show you the reading before and after.
